Nitro's win entertaining game, 5-1 over Grand Forks

This was a game that I watched from home over webcast, but it was truly a game that I wish I was there in person. I also notice when I watch online, I tweet a little bit more about the game.

As a fan blogger, I like to capture the moments of dirt against the opposing team. And unfortunately I wasn't behind the Border Bruins bench when I tweeted this:

That's right, after a call that the Border Bruins coach didn't like a penalty called against Connor Gross, he went all "Jim Playfair"

The coach not only threw a fit, he threw not one, but several water bottles onto the ice and also the carrying case for the water bottles. He was then penalized for 5 minutes for throwing objects on the ice, and then also given a gross misconduct and tossed out of the game. Oh how I wish I was there!

The Nitro's Player of the Game was Dylan Sibbald, he had an assist on the go-ahead goal and scored on a break-away in the second. His speed intimidated the Border Bruins as you could see them spreading out when he was on the ice to prevent the break-away. His speed was jaw dropping to watch, and I said the following about it:

Remember to check the boxscore for stats on the game and the facebook page for pictures.
