The following was read out during the on-ice presentation:
"The Kimberley Dynamiters would like to take this time to honour long time volunteer Anita Haney. She started volunteering with Kimberley Minor Hockey in 1980 where she ran the concession for about 27 years, along with being the Ticket Booth Coordinator for the last 25 years with the Dynamiters. During most of that time, she also sat on the Kimberley Dynamiters Board of Directors. Later this year, Anita and her husband Merv hope to move to Manitoba to be closer to their family.
"The Kimberley Dynamiters would like to take this opportunity to thank Anita for all her years of hard work and dedication she has put in for our organization. On behalf of the Board of Directors and Kimberley Dynamiters, we'd like to present Anita with a token of appreciation and wish Anita and Merv all the best."
